Cereal Anyone? Luke will pass...

Today was a monumental day. Well, sort of. Luke was given the go-ahead from the doctor yesterday to start eating rice cereal. He's not so sure about it yet, but pretty soon he will get the hang of eating from a spoon and I have a feeling he is going to love food just as much as we do!!!

I am so over this...I would rather eat my hand that eat that stuff!

At his 4 month well visit yesterday, Luke got a great review from the doctor. He weighed in at 19 lbs 15 oz and measured 26.5 inches. That puts him in the 95th percentile for his weight and the 90th percentile for his height (this means that in a group of 100 boys his age, he weighs more than 95 of them and is longer than 90 of them). He is definitely a big boy, but the doc says he doesn't need to go on a diet - LOL!

Luke got another round of shots and did really well until the evening. He became feverish and cranky, but some infant Tylenol helped with his discomfort. He was as good as gold this morning and woke up to a new item on the breakfast menu. So, he passed on the cereal at breakfast, but maybe he will be a taker for dinner. We'll see...
