Tahoe Day 5: Homeward Bound

Today we said goodbye to Uncle Steve, Watson (his dog), and Tahoe and headed home. We had a really long day, starting with a two hour drive back to Sacramento then three flights home. Luke had a dirty diaper on the first flight, but between me, Mimi, and Bryan, we had that diaper changed in no time! I brought along about a million Ziploc bags so the situation, a.k.a. "smell" was under wraps - LOL:) Luke was a great traveler and we couldn't have asked for better! He did cry at the end of our last flight for about 10 minutes, but the poor baby was exhausted! Not to mention he broke out with this crazy rash all over his body right before our first flight. [The doctor said it was most likely viral and to give him Benadryl.] Thankfully, we caught all of our flights this time and made it home safely. I can't say the same for our luggage, which spent the night in Phoenix. Eh, oh well! We had a great trip and really enjoyed ourselves!

One really long winding road through the mountains

Luke was so excited and fascinated with the planes

Look at that stance

Watching some Baby Einstein to pass the time

Can you see the rash on his face?

The rash was all over his body
